A notice for this pre-launch stage
WordMuze uses this page to explain what happens when you browse the public website or ask to join the waitlist. Joining is optional. You can visit without joining, and joining does not create a paid account or product contract.
02

What we collect
- Your email address and the confirmation status for the service you request.
- Your required launch-news choice, optional survey/test-invitation choice, any optional launch-news choice made at the end of the direct questionnaire, and when each choice was made or withdrawn.
- If you complete the creator questionnaire: creator type, promotion channels, current tools, up to three workflow difficulties, media-storage services, and the opportunities you want to be considered for.
- Limited security data. The server converts your network address into a keyed, non-public rate-limit identifier; reCAPTCHA Enterprise uses device and application signals to assess abuse.
We do not ask for payment details, account content or special-category data at this stage. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the free-text answers.
04
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To confirm your address, manage your subscription and send WordMuze launch news when you request it on the landing page or through the separate optional checkbox at the end of the direct questionnaire. Legal basis: consent.
To invite you to occasional research or possible testing only when you select the separate optional checkbox. Legal basis: consent.
To verify the person submitting the questionnaire and use the answers to consider their request for first-access testing or future founding-member opportunities. Legal basis: consent.
To protect the form and apply short rate limits. Legal basis: LCS’s legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
The creator questionnaire remains independent of the launch-news list. A direct participant is subscribed only after selecting the optional launch-news checkbox and confirming the separate subscription email. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means.
05
How long we keep it
We remove a launch-news subscription at the earliest of withdrawal, 24 months after the last affirmative interaction, or when the pre-launch purpose ends. We remove an optional tester profile at the earliest of withdrawal, 12 months after submission, or when tester selection ends. Data required for a legal obligation or legal claim may be kept only for that separate, documented period.
06
Who helps us process it
Access is limited to authorised LCS personnel and processors needed for this waitlist:
- Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, server processing, storage and application protection. The waitlist Functions and Firestore database are configured in Google Cloud region europe-west3 (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps detect automated or abusive submissions.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) sends confirmation, waitlist and subscription-management messages when delivery is activated.
That regional configuration does not mean every provider operation is confined to Germany. These providers may use hosting infrastructure, security systems, support services or subprocessors inside or outside the EEA. For restricted transfers, LCS will rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. LCS does not sell waitlist data or use it for advertising profiles.
08
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw a communication choice at any time through the link in an email or by contacting LCS. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Manage or withdraw consent →If the form is unavailable, email privacy@wordmuze.com. LCS will normally respond within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP, or with the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live, work, or believe the issue occurred.
09
Short website terms
This website is informational. A waitlist request does not guarantee tester selection, product access, a launch date, pricing or a discount. It does not create a purchase or paid-service contract.
WordMuze’s name, visual identity and page content belong to LCS or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, lawful purposes; do not interfere with the site, bypass security, or submit information about another person without authority.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory rights under EU law or the law of your country of residence. Product terms will be published separately before accounts or paid services are offered.
10
Pre-launch and testing disclaimer
WordMuze is still in development. Descriptions express the current product direction and may change. LCS does not promise that a feature, release date, price, founding-member offer or discount will become available.
Subscribing is not a reservation and does not guarantee selection for the Founding Tester Circle or access to a future product. The optional surveys/test-invitations checkbox allows contact about those opportunities; it is not an agreement to participate.
Submitting the questionnaire is a request to be considered for potential first-access testing and/or a future founding-member opportunity. It does not guarantee selection, membership, product access, pricing or a discount.
If selected, you will receive separate tester terms before access begins. Until those terms are accepted, no testing relationship exists. The waitlist and tester programme are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
